Mission and Goals

It is our mission to provide a fun and user-friendly service for individuals or organizations to help raise money for charities by participating in athletic events or competitions. We recognize the importance of having goals that can be worked toward as a group. It is a uniting experience. These goals give us all a common purpose. We are committed to achieving two priority goals with our service:

1. To promote and encourage fitness through athletics
2. To establish a relationship between individuals and charities to encourage contributions

We believe that by uniting these goals in an online community, our service empowers fundraisers to hit their athletic targets faster and their fundraising targets more easily. We hope that the use of our service will inspire active individuals to consider charitable causes when participating in events, all the while motivating others to do the same.

Who We Are

Based in Southern California, Raceraiser employs a small group of energetic and motivated individuals dedicated to achieving our goals of promoting fitness and charitable contributions. Through our site we seek to improve upon traditional fundraising methods to enhance donations while at the same time making it easier and more enjoyable to support non-profits. It is our intention to provide the best possible service with the most user-friendly interface. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our site and our service. How It Started

The vision for Raceraiser.com began with the recognition that people could potentially raise a lot more money for a charitable cause through sponsorship, provided there was some easy way to request support online. It took the dedication of a small team of individuals and athletes, combined with an interest in making a difference to make this dream a reality. We at Raceraiser feel that athletes motivated by a charitable purpose are more likely to be active, and more likely to spread the word of a good cause, and in turn are more likely to make this difference. The obvious result of using Raceraiser.com is that charitable contributions will increase, helping the charities accomplish their goals with greater success.
